Some additional comments about the meeting:

  1. All passengers arriving in Spain by air or sea, including those arriving in transit to other countries, must complete a Health Control Form before departure and obtain their QR to present it at boarding and at health controls on arrival in Spain:

    1. By air: via the website (https://spth.gob.es) or the Spain Travel Health -SpTH- application (Android, iOS).

You can find more detailed information (if needed) in the following website:

https://www.mscbs.gob.es/en/profesionales/saludPublica/ccayes/alertasActual/nCov/spth.htm

  1. Weather forecast for Monday-Tuesday in Madrid is mostly sunny with 8-23 ºC. Sunday is supposed to be rainy, especially in the morning.

  2. For the dinner on Monday night I have made a reservation in a restaurant called Bazaar in downtown Madrid (https://andilana.com/en/locales/bazaar-3/), which provides a fusion of Spanish and oriental cuisine. The menu has a fixed price of 25 euros and includes 1 starter, 1 main dish and 1 dessert to choose from the menu (sample from the website attached). One complimentary drink (glass of wine, beer or refreshment) is also included. Any additional drinks will have to be paid for separately. As we will be organized in tables of 4-6 people, each table can make their own arrangements in terms of extra wine/beer requirements. Payment will be done directly at the restaurant.

  3. Remember that you will have to take back home several copies of the project’s book (I already have them in my office) plus some promotion materials (they arrive tomorrow morning), so leave some space in your luggage for it.
